I think that it is very important to have a healthy breakfast. When you eat a healthy breakfast, it fuels your body and helps you do the things throughout the day. If you think about it, breakfast is the most important meal because, depending on how much sleep you got, you have went for along time with out food. While your sleeping, you body refreshes itself, so it wants and need more nutrition to pump through your body. I also think it is important to eat a
healthy breakfast because it will help you maintain a good weight and it will be better for your body. It is really important to do this before a test or even a long day of work or school. I personally do not like to eat in the mornings, but I have to force myself because if I don't, I can't concentrate on my daily work. So you should just try to eat every morning, and I bet you will feel better throughout the day. Some other ways to stay healthy would be to exercise and eat healthy not just with breakfast, but with every meal. Just stay active and eat good and you'll be ready to go!
